Privacy policy

This policy explains how Gosotek Technology Private Limited (“we”) handles information when you use Sales Buddy on the web or on a phone.

What we collect

Account details you type: name, email, phone, shop name. Shop book data you save: products, bills, customers, staff, payments, and messages you send to us through Contact or Support.

If you sign in with Google or X, we receive the name, email, and profile photo that those services share with us.

Technical logs: device type, app version, and basic error reports so we can keep the service working.

Where it lives

On the phone, the shop book can stay only on that device until you connect it to the live server. On the live server, your shop is stored so you can open it from another phone or the dashboard.

How we use it

To run your shop book, sign you in, show the owner dashboard, reply to support, and meet the law. We do not sell your customer list.

Who we share with

Hosting and sign-in partners that keep the app running. We share only what those partners need. We may share information if a court or government asks, or to stop fraud and abuse.

How long we keep it

While your account is open. If you ask us to delete the account, we remove shop data from the live server within 30 days, unless the law says we must keep a record.

Your choices

You can export or delete your shop from the app tools, or ask us at support@gosotek.com. Phone users can also use the delete account page, which Play Store requires.

Children

Sales Buddy is for shop owners and staff. It is not for children under 13.
