I lost my phone
If the shop was only on that phone, the book is gone unless you had a backup or had connected the live server. Sign in on a new phone and pull the shop from the server.
Staff cannot join
They need the shop code shown in the shop book. Demo shop code is DK-7K4M.
I want my data deleted
Use the delete account form, or email support@gosotek.com.
